1. Unpack Packaging:

Remove the outer sleeve, spork, and internal food sachets from the bowl.

2. Pour Sauce Base:

Tear open the sauce/curry sachet and empty the entire contents into the bottom of the bowl.

3. Add Grains or Pasta: Loosen grains first for even heating.

Gently massage the rice or pasta sachet to loosen the grains, then empty it evenly over the sauce layer.

4. Microwave: Based on an 1100W microwave.

Place the lid loosely over the top of the bowl (do not seal tightly). Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds.

5. Stir and Serve: Contents will be hot.

Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, stir well to blend the sauce and rice/pasta, and enjoy using the included spork.
